Stratum indicates how many computers away this server is from the master synchronizing clock.
Leap status displays the NTP server synchronization state: ? is unsynchronized; * is synchronized; + indicates leap second addition; - indicates leap second deletion.
Hops is a count of the number of AppleTalk routers between this machine and the selected server.
Poll is the minimum time between successive polls of the server, in seconds.
Precision indicates the precision of the server’s clock, in seconds to the nearest power of two.
This is the NTP association mode that the server responded to the polling request with.
Estimated roundtrip time to the server, in seconds.
An estimated measure of the quality and variation in the timekeeping of the server. Smaller numbers are better.
Calculated offset, in seconds, of this machine’s clock to the server.
Estimated roundtrip time from the server to the primary server, in seconds.
Time source that the server is currently synchronized to. For servers not operating at stratum 1, clicking on this field will toggle between interpreting this address as an AppleTalk node or an Internet node.
Time and date the machine’s clock was last adjusted, in UTC.
